We are committed to providing high-quality instruction and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we are here to help.

Course Cancellation

As a general policy, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. However, if you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us to discuss your situation.
If a teacher needs to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer the following option:
The canceled class can be rescheduled for a future date with no additional charge, and we will provide a discount for the next course to compensate for the inconvenience. Note: Please keep in mind that we do not issue refunds for missed classes or for late arrivals to class.
